Honestly, we’ve all been there! It was lonely, and every problem felt personal or too complex to keep to yourself. Trouble is, there wasn’t anyone else to talk the issue/problem/thought with! Sometimes you just need to offload the thought, unpack the connected factors and look at problems from another angle relatively regularly, so you stay sane. The 'DADA' Methodology...

Naturally, no two agencies are the same and the below methodology isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, but it is a great example of how we as coaches often work with agencies to focus the time we spend with you in the right way. So that you get the change you’re looking for.
Interviewing team members and asking them calibrated questions to understand the current systems and processes more fully within the agency and how they work. Deeper dive into the WHY and the core focuses of the organization and uncover the ideal application of efforts.
With a deeper knowledge of the organization, I will then facilitate a “wallpaper” strategy day where we will outline the plan for the next 3 years, which will drive growth toward a goal you define. This will then allow us to build out an accountability and systems plan.
Once proposed changes have been planned and agreed with the leadership, set to work on building these into the business and manage their delivery. These may involve a combination of changes to workflows or project management systems and additions to the current workforce and tools, as well as training and support.
Following the delivery of the adapted systems, tactics and strategy, continue to work with the team on implementing this day-to-day to ensure adoption and results, all the while nuancing the changes as they fold into the day-to-day and recording outcomes.
