We love the industry, and community but have to protect the investment made in it. We have this policy in place so that Agency leaders feel free to engage, and services offered/sold are vetted.

Introduction:

At The OMG Center, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and respectful community that enables digital agencies to thrive and grow. Our community is a space for learning, discussion, and the sharing of experiences and knowledge. We welcome service providers who offer value and adhere to our guidelines, ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship and a positive environment for all members.

Guidelines:

Respectful Interaction:

  • Engage respectfully with all community members, regardless of their role or affiliation.
  • Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behaviour.

Permission-based Engagement:

  • Service providers wishing to offer their services to our community must obtain explicit permission from The OMG Center before doing so.
  • Unauthorised promotion or selling of services is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the community.

Commission Agreement:

  • Service providers granted permission to sell their services within our community are required to enter into a commission agreement with The OMG Center.
  • Details of the commission agreement will be discussed and finalised with each service provider individually.

Transparency and Honesty:

  • Be transparent about your affiliation and the services you provide.
  • Provide accurate and honest information about your services, ensuring they are represented truthfully.

Value Addition:

  • We encourage the sharing of knowledge and expertise that adds value to the community.
  • Service providers are urged to contribute constructively to discussions and support the growth of digital agencies within our community.

Feedback Reception:

  • Be open to receiving feedback from the community and The OMG Center.
  • Use feedback as an opportunity for improvement and to better align with the community‚Äôs needs and expectations.

Compliance with Legal and Ethical Standards:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Adhere to any additional guidelines and standards set forth by The OMG Center.
