Steve Kuncewiz

Steve specialises in Intellectual Property, Media, Social Media, Marketing and Privacy Law with a nationally-recognised niche specialism in social media matters. He works mainly in the Media, Digital, Creative, Film, Television, Publishing, Advertising and PR sectors, and is regularly listed as a “Recommended Lawyer” in the Legal 500. He is also the head of Glaisyers’ Creative, Digital & Marketing Department, co-founding the Bulletproof Agency Network to help businesses within the sector thrive against a changing commercial and regulatory landscape. Steve brings passion, commitment and commercial expertise to bear for his clients to manage and reduce legal, commercial, regulatory, and reputational risk ranging from litigation before the County and High Court to cross-jurisdictional disputes and complex advisory and regulatory work involving the Information Commissioners’ Office, OFCOM and Advertising Standards Authority. In his (limited) spare time, Steve is a 1st Dan Black Belt in Shukokai Karate, Husband to Claire, Dad to James and Charlotte and a pop culture. comics, movie and music geek.

Nel Kirkum

Nel is the Founder of Pink Giraffe, who are the UK’s 1st agency-only talent and recruitment partner, focusing on a more strategic approach to talent and aligning your headcount to your agency’s growth ambitions. They work with a mix of Marketing, Advertising and Digital agencies delivering across a wide spectrum of agency roles. Pink Giraffe launched in 2019 but Nel has recruited in the agency space for over 15 years. Outside of the recruitment, she loves music and can be found DJ’ing at venues, events and festivals across the UK.

Guy Littlejohn

Guy Littlejohn is the Founder of fractional sales director consultancy Facets.  Over the last 10 years he has worked with SME agencies and technology businesses to help them grow the way their bigger competition does. He specialises in business with a small or no commercial team, really gets businesses behind his simple methods and has closed over £2.5m in revenue for clients of Facets in the last three years.  He’s also a fan of his wife, Man United and a keen tennis player.

Clair Heaviside

Clair Heaviside is the Co-founder and Creative Director of digital agency, Serotonin. Based in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, Serotonin works with clients across a whole range of sectors and industries, from property to technology and engineering, hospitality & leisure to health and fashion. Clair specialises in brand and creative strategy, as well as agency culture and growth. She is also an ultra runner, and is happiest in the mountains.

Charlie Whitworth

Charlie runs an SEO consultancy in Manchester and has over 12 years of experience in the industry. Mainly agency side, he also worked in house at Missguided before taking the leap and starting his own agency. He is currently scaling and looking to recruit a team of experts but currently works with a network of trusted consultants, serving clients across a diverse range of industries. Much of his success has come in e-commerce and Whitworth SEO is currently delivering growth for several brands on the Shopify platform. Originally a journalist before falling into technical SEO and content marketing, Charlie is a rounded and versatile SEO with tonnes of experience. Out of work he loves cricket, football, gigs and his two little girls Bella and Ruby.
