He co-founded digital content agency Formative Content in 2014 and grew it to 70 team members and £5m turnover in eight years, before selling to an Employee Ownership Trust. He’s also a member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS).
Paul’s approach focuses on anticipating the organisational and people challenges that come with growth, helping to minimise issues and freeing agency leaders up to focus on what really matters: doing great client work and winning new business.
Previously, Paul was an international journalist with the BBC, ITN and Australia’s ABC, where he launched a 24-hour television news channel in the space of seven months and led a restructure of its newsroom production centre. Both projects provided invaluable insights into the challenges of rapid change and growth, which are equally applicable to the agency world.
